About Us

JoAnn Bouda is a compassionate and intuitive coach. A member of the International Coach Federation, she received her certification from the Academy for Coaching Excellence in Sacramento, CA, under the direction of Maria Nemeth, PhD. JoAnn has an undergraduate degree from Kansas University and a Master's Degree from Creighton University. She has held numerous Administrative positions, founded and run a not-for-profit, is an experienced educator, and now runs her own successful seminar and life coaching business.

As a seasoned seminar leader, JoAnn has a series of seminar materials focused on successful business practices and team building skills that are unique to the coaching model.

JoAnn is currently under contract as a life coach and consultant for faculty, students and alums at Creighton University. She is experienced at working with both parents of college students, as well as the students and young adults. There are many transitions taking place for all of these people and coaching brings clarity and focus to what is needed in these transitional times.


Dr. David Bouda is a talented physician, board certified in Internal Medicine, Medical Oncology and Quality Assurance. He is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians and is presently implementing a Wellness Coaching and Concierge Medicine practice. He has practiced medicine for 34 years, three as an Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Nebraska Medical Center and as Chief of Oncology at the Omaha Veterans Medical Center.

Over the course of his career, he has been privileged to serve in a variety of roles including that of internist and medical oncologist, Associate Professor at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, Chief of Oncology at the Omaha VAMC, a principal investigator, chief medical officer of an insurer and an integrated health system and a medical consultant. Dr. Bouda has been regulated and a regulator and has led institutions striving to develop and advance healthcare within a heavily regulated environment. These experiences have afforded him a unique view of the various controversies in healthcare and the fundamental obligation to protect the personal interests of patients and families.


Dr. Thomas G. Grandy is a clinical psychologist practicing in the Omaha community since 1975. He meets with individuals, families and couples to provide services that enhance their lives by assisting with issues involving mental health, parenting, relationships, and performance. By way of education testing, he provides assessment of learning disabilities, concentration problems and academic difficulties. His clients span all age groups from young children to the elderly.

Dr. Grandy also is a staff Psychologist at Creighton University providing counseling services for students. He has his PhD in Counseling Psychology from University of Iowa and is licensed in Nebraska and Michigan. He is available for all ages providing the following counseling services for:

  • Academic, adjustment, and behavioral problems
  • Anxiety, compulsions, panic attacks and traumatic life events
  • Family and marriage relationships
  • Depression, mood swings and sleep disturbances
  • Educational testing for learning disabilities
